- Registration is free of charge
- No service fee
- Interview via Skype must be held, in order to proving family’s existence.
- Host families are able to view as many Au Pair candidates as possible to find the most suitable one for their families.
- We request for clear work schedule and payment condition for salary from host families who are willing to hire our Au Pair candidate.
- Direct contact with Au Pair via Skype is arranged for all families.
- All given information of your family is going to be confidential and safely stored. The data won’t be used for any other purposes neither passed down to a hand of the third party.
- During the program year(s) Au Pair Alternative is always available for support with advice, conflicts solving or any matters that host families may need help with.
- Every 3 month, we are conducting evaluation with a host family and Au Pair in order to check current situation within family whether both parties well integrate.
- We request host families to follow Au Pair rules and regulations of your country thus an objective of Cultural Exchange Program is truly accomplished.
